  On nous a donné un rendez-vous une journée où c'est fermé!!! Pas fort. On s'est déplacer pour rien deux fois. Maudit que ça manque de professionnalisme!!

  Well, those peope can not support the full information about trips. I wanted to go to the trip for a week, would definately go to the 5 stars hotel with all extra etc. So, I called and there was an angry rude woman on the line. I am a permanent resident in Canada but my card was stolen. I went to an immigration site of Canada and read the note that starting the march, 2016 every permanent resident should hold the PR card with them in order to go back to Canada. So, I called this agency to make sure that I might not be able to go. I explaned the situation to that woman and first of all, she did interrupt me, then she said that I should consult myself first and that she can't know everything about all countries. Not professional behavour at all. She does not even understand that it does not matter what country I am coming from because I am already a permanent resident. Not competent at all! I will surely talk about my experience with people I know and will make sure nobody will go to that agency.

  Pire expérience ! si je pouvais mettre aucune étoile je le ferais ! Nous avions l’impression de déranger et ils ne semblais pas DU TOUT connaitre de quoi il parlais ! ils te mette de la pression pour que tu achete. Notre agente nous envoyais a un hotel ou nous aurions même pas pû entrer!
